Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If not, we’re here to help.

Return window
Most new, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/manuals/accessories. Include the order number.
Non-returnable items: perishable goods; intimate/personal-care items; gift cards; downloadable/digital products; customized or final-sale items; items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

Who pays return shipping
Customer remorse (changed mind, wrong size/color): customer pays return shipping.
Our fault (defective, damaged on arrival, wrong item): we provide a prepaid label.

How to start a return (RMA required)
Email: returns@manchay.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll issue an RMA and instructions. Unapproved returns may be refused.

Refund method & timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping is not refundable except where we were at fault.

Exchanges
We don’t process direct exchanges. Please place a new order; we’ll refund the original once it’s returned.

Partial refunds / refusals
We may reduce or refuse refunds for items that are used, missing parts, or damaged due to reasons not caused by us.

Wrong, damaged, or DOA items
Email: returns@manchay.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
