Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including PO Boxes via USPS). We do not ship to APO/FPO or international destinations at this time.

Processing time & cutoff
– Handling time: 1–2 business days before dispatch.
– Daily cutoff: Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern ship the next business day.
– Weekend/holiday orders process the next business day.

Carriers & services
– Standard: USPS, UPS, or FedEx; estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch.
– Expedited (when available): 2–4 business days after dispatch (not available to PO Boxes).
A tracking number is sent by email when your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier factors.

Shipping costs
– Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders $75+.
– Orders under $75: $6.95 flat for Standard shipping.
– Expedited options (if shown at checkout) display costs in real time.

Signature on high-value orders
We may require a signature for orders ≥ $300.

Undeliverable, lost, or damaged shipments
– If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, please check with household members and neighbors and wait one business day.

– For damaged or missing items, email returns@manchay.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the packaging and item, and a description of the issue. We’ll assist with a carrier claim or replacement.
– Incorrect/insufficient addresses supplied at checkout may result in delays or additional fees.

Restrictions
We do not ship hazardous/oversized items that carriers prohibit. Some large items may require a street address and cannot ship to PO Boxes.
