Order Modification & Cancellation Policy
Once your order is placed, you’ll have a 30-minute window to request changes or cancel it. After this period, we’re unable to process any modifications or cancellations, regardless of the reason, as your order will already be in processing for shipment.
How to Modify or Cancel an Order
To request a change or cancellation within the 30-minute window, please follow these steps:
Gather the following information:
Your order number (found in your confirmation email from Manchay)
The email address used to place the order
A clear description of the changes you’d like to make or your request to cancel
