1. Shipping Information

We partner with trusted shipping carriers including FedEx, USPS, UPS, OnTrac, Lasership, NSD, and others.
The shipping carrier for your order is selected based on your delivery location and the nature of the item(s) ordered. While we understand that preferences may vary, we’re unable to accommodate specific carrier requests.
Our priority is to ensure fast, safe, and reliable delivery—and we appreciate your understanding.

1.2 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. During this time, we verify your order, securely package the items, and prepare everything for shipment.
Once shipped, the average delivery time is 5 to 7 business days, though this may vary depending on:

  • Your location

  • The shipping carrier

  • The item(s) ordered

In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to external factors such as weather or carrier delays.

1.3 Estimated Delivery Times

  • Most items: Delivered within 5–7 business days

1.4 Shipping Fees

  • Shipping is free on most items.

1.5 Pickup

  • In-store pickup is currently not available.

1.6 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note:

  • Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Some carriers may take 2–5 days to update tracking information.

If your tracking status hasn’t updated within 5 business days of placing your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us for support.

2.1 Signature Required

For certain orders, a signature may be required upon delivery. This ensures your order arrives safely and avoids the risk of loss or theft.

2.2 Non-Delivery

If you haven’t received your order, please contact our customer service team at:

Provide your order number and billing email, and we’ll investigate and respond within 2 business days.

2.3 Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or isn’t working properly, please contact us and provide:

  • Order number

  • Billing email

  • Photos of the damaged product (not the packaging)

  • Videos for non-functioning items (especially machinery or electronics)

We’ll respond with a resolution within 2 business days.

2.4 Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please reach out with:

  • Your order number and billing email

  • Photos of the received product

  • Photo of the invoice included in the package

Once verified, we’ll offer either a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.

2.5 Missing Package

There are three possible scenarios:

a) Multiple Products in One Order
Some products ship separately from different warehouses. Please check tracking info and allow time for the rest to arrive.

b) Tracking Says Delivered but You Didn’t Receive It
Please contact us right away so we can assist.

c) Missing Part of an Item
Notify us within 3 days of receiving the package. Attach photos/videos showing what’s missing. We’ll either resend the missing part or issue a partial refund.

2.6 Order Returned

If your tracking number shows the order was returned, it could be due to a shipping issue or manufacturer-related concerns.
Contact us and we’ll work with you to either resend the product or issue a refund.

2.7 Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or unexpected events. In such cases, we kindly ask for your patience and recommend waiting an additional 5–7 business days. You’re always welcome to contact us for updates.

2.8 Warranty Information

Most of our products are backed by manufacturer warranties.
Details are usually listed on each product page. If you can’t find the warranty info or need help registering your product, please reach out—we’re happy to assist.
