Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of certain products and operational limitations, returns are only accepted under specific conditions.

Return Window

We do not accept any returns after 14 days from the date of delivery. Please inspect your items promptly upon receipt.

Products Eligible for Return or Replacement

A product may be returned or replaced only if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is new, unused, and in original condition

  • All tags, labels, stickers, and packaging are intact

  • The item is not marked as non-returnable or a special order on the website

  • The item is not a grocery or edible product, such as:

    • Canned food, condiments, drinks, fruits, vegetables

    • Health supplements, meat, seafood, milk, syrups, or artificial sweeteners

Note: We do not accept returns due to change of mind or personal preference.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Any product after 14 days from receipt

  • Used or opened items

  • Edible or perishable goods

  • Items marked as non-returnable or custom/special orders

  • Returns requested due to buyer’s remorse

If You Received a Defective or Wrong Product

If your product is defective, non-functioning, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will evaluate your case and may offer one of the following based on the situation:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Full Refund

To process your request efficiently, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the product (not just the packaging) for damaged items

  • Videos in case of non-working items (especially machinery or electronics)

If the issue is confirmed to be due to a shipping error, damage during delivery, or a product defect, you will not be charged any shipping or restocking fees.
